About

One person, doing one thing carefully

Studio 772 is me — Chris DeMarzo. No sales team, no offshore handoffs, no "account managers." The person you talk to is the person who builds your site.

Why the scope is narrow

I build one thing: small, fast, lead-generation websites for local service businesses. Not apps, not online stores, not sprawling marketing platforms. Keeping the scope narrow is what makes it possible to offer a fixed price, a predictable schedule, and a consistent standard of work — and to keep getting better at exactly the thing you're paying for.

How I work

Who I am

I'm Chris DeMarzo. I've lived in Port St. Lucie for over 25 years, and I'm raising my family here — married, two kids, one dog. By day I'm an insurance agent: I've spent the last four years helping local families and business owners manage risk, which means I already sit across the table from Treasure Coast businesses and take their livelihoods seriously. Building websites for them is the natural next step — I've been a technology enthusiast since I was a kid, and Studio 772 is that lifelong interest put to work for my own community.

Outside of work I'm a marathon runner — which is howRun PSL, the running-community site I built and maintain, came to exist — and in 2021 my wife and I thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine. I mention that because it's the most honest credential I have: I finish long, unglamorous projects one deliberate step at a time. That's also how I build websites.

Where I am

Based in Port St. Lucie, working with businesses aroundPort St. Lucie & the Treasure Coast, Florida. Local matters for this kind of site: I know the area your customers are searching from, because I'm one of them.

The honest position

I'm early in building this service, and I say so plainly rather than dressing this site up as an established agency. What I offer in exchange: founding-client pricing, more attention per project than any volume shop can give, and a completely inspectable way of working. If you'd rather hire a big agency, that's a reasonable choice — but if you want a careful builder who treats your project as reputation-making work, that's exactly what this is.
